ABSTRACT:

RFID Technology is currently a globally accepted technology that is rapidly rising in each field of science and applications. It's glorious feature of terribly fast auto-identification while not line of sight has created it in style in different areas of wire-less Communication primarily based system. But, during data transmission/exchange, security of non-public or confidential knowledge, it exposes serious threats to the security and privacy of individuals and organizations. Knowledge security for RFID technology is currently a obligatory condition to be provided by the manufacturer for better customer support and services. In this project, we tend to have proposed a security theme which introduces a trusted Key management system. In this method, not a single key however many keys will be maintained, controlled and provided by the Key distribution server system (KDSS). It can be extremely helpful for military persons in far off where it is helpful to spot specific item or guide to right route. Information will be encrypted using totally different programmable cellular automata (PCA) rules which is additionally given the key by the server. The system processor has been implemented up to RTL schematic level using Xilinx ISE14.3 simulation tool and virtex-seven FPGA board for real time verification of its functionality.
