Reconfigurable computer architectures for dynamically adaptable avionics systems PROJECT TITLE :Reconfigurable computer architectures for dynamically adaptable avionics systemsABSTRACT:Computing and processing capabilities from reconfgurable computer architectures (RCAs) will give high-integrity avionics systems with outstanding effciency and effectiveness, as they are doing in alternative domains. But, they're still underexploited in many applications. The most driver of this example is that devices implementing such architectures are too advanced and powerful for the system's wants. The state of affairs in avionics is even worst, because there are simply few certifable RCA devices for aerospace. In addition, the fexible nature of RCAs incurs high prices and risks along the system development life cycle (certifcation processes). Did you like this research project?
