Mine Electrical Systems, Part 2-Alternating Current Systems [History] PROJECT TITLE :Mine Electrical Systems, Part 2-Alternating Current Systems [History]ABSTRACT:Underground coal mining presents unique challenges for the safe application of electric power distribution and utilization. Power equipment and electrical machinery in most industries are located in stationary, permanent facilities and don't seem to be subjected to extreme operating conditions. However, coal mining is an ever-changing method in which electrically driven, transportable, and mobile mining equipment is often moved or self-propelled. As a result, power equipment and cables are moved frequently. The confined areas and rough floor conditions of mine openings are not conducive to the gentle handling of kit and power cables. Furthermore, the coal mining atmosphere will be dusty, wet, and even explosive. Did you like this research project? To get this research project Guidelines, Training and Code...
