Integration of Adaptive Modulation and Channel Coding With Fountain Coding for Packet Radio Systems


We tend to examine the combination of adaptive modulation and channel coding protocols with fountain coding in an exceedingly packet radio system. We have a tendency to present 3 modes of operation for the adaptive transmission system, every of that adapts the channel code in a very way that accommodates the fastened-length packets created by the fountain encoder. Each mode works with the fountain coding system to mitigate the effects of time-varying fading on the radio links and provide high throughput.
