PROJECT TITLE :

Binary Adder Circuit Design Using Emerging MIGFET Devices - 2017

ABSTRACT:

Multiple freelance-gate field result transistors (MIGFETs) have great potential for digital integrated circuits. In this work, we demonstrate that conventional binary adder architectures might profit from the utilization of MIGFET devices. As case studies, we have a tendency to have designed ripple-carry adders (RCA) and parallel-prefix adders (PPA), where circuit space and performance optimizations are explored. Completely different versions of adders are built using MIGFET and compared to adder topologies primarily based on single-gate transistors.
