A Comparator-Based Rail Clamp - 2016 PROJECT TITLE : A Comparator-Based Rail Clamp - 2016 ABSTRACT: A comparator-based mostly rail clamp for handling electrostatic discharge (ESD) events is presented. The new circuit technique allows the employment of a time constant which will be abundant smaller than a ancient RC and inverter-based mostly clamp. The new clamp is more space-economical and dissipates ESD events with very little residual energy. The planning is ready to support applications with power-ON time slower than 4 µs, is immune to latch-ON, and recovers terribly quickly if falsely triggered. Experimental results and performance comparisons with the traditional circuit are presented. Did you like this research project? To get this research project Guidelines, Training and Code...
