This study presents a personality assessment method conducted on 382 software practitioners using the Keirsey temperament sorter II. The primary goal of this assessment is to explore the personality temperaments of software practitioners working in numerous types of software development organisations. Similarly, a unique visualisation approach is proposed for arranging temperaments employing a periodic table-like structure.
