To dynamically reconfigure the optimum topology and adjust it to the traffic variations, a brand new specific encoding of genetic algorithm (GA) is presented. Numerical results show that GA will offer the optimum topology up to 2 orders of magnitude faster than exhaustive explore for network clusters, and the advance considerably increases with the cluster size.
