Tunable balanced bandpass filter with high common-mode suppression PROJECT TITLE :Tunable balanced bandpass filter with high common-mode suppressionABSTRACT:This Letter presents a unique tunable balanced bandpass filter with high common-mode (CM) suppression by using discriminating coupling. Four 0.5-wavelength resonators terminated with varactors are utilised to get the tunable responses. The high CM suppression is realised by discriminating coupling between feeding structures and resonators, which blocks the CM signals. An experimental tunable balanced bandpass filter is implemented that achieve the continuous tuning vary from zero.eighty four to one.15 GHz and a lot of than fifty dB CM rejection levels.
