Agent-based mostly traffic management systems can use the autonomy, mobility, and flexibility of mobile agents to house dynamic traffic environments. Cloud Computing will help such systems address the massive amounts of storage and computing resources needed to use traffic strategy agents and mass transport data effectively. This article reviews the history of the event of traffic control and management systems among the evolving computing paradigm and shows the state of traffic control and management systems primarily based on mobile multiagent technology.
