An Adjustable Gaze Tracking System and Its Application for Automatic Discrimination of Interest Objects

ABSTRACT:

Gaze tracking (GT) systems have attracted the attention of researchers also as the business sector. Commercial systems are readily out there, but they're usually fabricated at the identical size. In this study, we have a tendency to propose a 3-dimensional (3-D)-printable frame and an open-source system to fabricate a wearable GT system with low-price configuration and cheap performance. A 3-D printer achieves repeatable and adjustable design. The estimated value to form the GT hardware is but €a hundred, and therefore the system's average accuracy is two.fifty eight°. Our GT system incorporates a 24-Hz sampling rate, that can analyze human interest points. Another contribution of this study is developing the automated discrimination of interest objects using our proposed GT and machine learning. The output of this mix system is a database that consists of labeled objects. The label with the best frequency indicates the article of the best interest for a corresponding user. Our combination system encompasses a 7-Hz sampling rate and a three.eightp.c classification error.
