A New Fuzzy Process Capability Estimation Method Based on Kernel Function and FAHP

This paper proposes a new technique to estimate the method capability, and a brand new criterion for capability and performance assessment. This method relies on kernel operate and fuzzy analysis hierarchy process (FAHP), that will improve the adaptation of process capability analysis.
