ABSTRACT:

The potential of genetic clock lies in its role to triggering logic reaction for sequential biological circuits. Normally, biochemical reaction of the biological system is very slow. However, a sq. wave generator used as a genetic clock the transient response ought to be quick enough to catch the reaction change between 2 logic levels. So, the need for instantaneous changes in logic standing is not likely to exist in biological systems. This paper presents a technique of synthesizing a genetic clock generator primarily based on the combination of a toggle switch with 2 biological logic gates.
