Synthesis of Genetic Clock with Combinational Biologic Circuits


The potential of genetic clock lies in its role to triggering logic reaction for sequential biological circuits. Normally, biochemical reaction of the biological system is very slow. However, a sq. wave generator used as a genetic clock the transient response ought to be quick enough to catch the reaction change between 2 logic levels.
