Fast target object map handover
Target object map (TOM) handover is the process of correlating 3D tracks to 2-D sensor tracks on an interceptor with biases that are larger than the 2D separation of the targets. This paper presents a methodology to perform the bias estimation/track-to-track association with an algorithm that only will increase with the sq. of the number of tracks over similar methods that increase as the fourth power of the number of targets.
