PROJECT TITLE :

Wireless Networks with Energy Harvesting and Power Transfer: Joint Power and Time Allocation

ABSTRACT:

In this letter, we consider wireless powered Communication networks which might operate perpetually, as the bottom station (BS) broadcasts energy to the multiple energy harvesting (EH) info transmitters. These employ “harvest then transmit” mechanism, as they spend all of their energy harvested throughout the previous BS energy broadcast to transmit the knowledge towards the BS. Assuming time division multiple access (TDMA), we have a tendency to propose a novel transmission theme for jointly optimal allocation of the BS broadcasting power and time sharing among the wireless nodes, that maximizes the network throughput, beneath the constraint of average transmit power and maximum transmit power at the BS. The proposed scheme considerably outperforms “state of the art” schemes that employ solely the optimal time allocation. If one EH transmitter is taken into account, we tend to generalize the optimal solutions for the case of fixed circuit power consumption, that refers to a a lot of a lot of practical state of affairs.
