Integrating Superdirective Electrically Small Antenna Arrays in PCBs PROJECT TITLE :Integrating Superdirective Electrically Small Antenna Arrays in PCBsABSTRACT:This letter investigates integrating a two-element superdirective electrically small antenna (ESA) array in a very printed circuit board (PCB). The initial array dimensions are 31 ×25 mm2, and it is integrated during a PCB of one hundred ten ×70 mm2. Completely different configurations are evaluated with respect to the impedance matching, the utmost achievable directivity, and the efficiency. The obtained results show that properly integrating the array in a very PCB can maintain its superdirectivity and considerably increase its radiation potency. Compared to the initial array, the ultimate one achieves a gain improvement of thirteen.half dozen dB. Did you like this research project?
