Agile Compass: A Tool for Identifying Maturity in Agile Software-Development Teams PROJECT TITLE :Agile Compass: A Tool for Identifying Maturity in Agile Software-Development TeamsABSTRACT:Researchers investigated how agile software development groups evolve. They analyzed 9 groups' evolution of practices and located that the process was idiosyncratic. Each team adopted practices on the premise of its circumstances and improved the practices on the idea of the challenges it faced. Using this research, the researchers designed the Agile Compass, a questionnaire based mostly on a set of pointers for agile-development improvement, supported by real teams' values and principles.
