PROJECT TITLE :

Channel Tracking With Flight Control System for UAV mmWave MIMO Communications - 2018

ABSTRACT:

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) Communications could offer flexible scheduling, improved reliability, enhanced capability over a lot of wider vary, and has become a key half of the area-air-ground integrated network. In this letter, we tend to think about a Communication system in millimeter wave band, where UAV serves as an airborne base station with multiple antennas, and propose a replacement flight management system-based channel tracking methodology. Specifically, the 3-D geometry channel model is formulated as a mix of the UAV movement state data and therefore the channel gain data, where the former will be obtained by the sensor fusion of the flight management system, whereas the latter can be estimated through the pilot transmission. Simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.
