Design of a Decentralized Controller for a Glass RTP System PROJECT TITLE :Design of a Decentralized Controller for a Glass RTP SystemABSTRACT:The planning of a decentralized controller has been studied as an integral half of the event of a business fast thermal processing (RTP) system for manufacturing show glass. The glass RTP system uses bulb-sort tungsten-halogen lamps for heating. A highly uniform temperature distribution with a most temperature difference of less than six °C between any 2 points is required throughout glass processing, no matter the scale of the glass. In planning a decentralized controller that satisfies this requirement, the issues of optimal sensor location, lamp grouping, optimization-primarily based controller tuning, and time-varying bias input signals were identified and solved. The performance of the controller was investigated experimentally and numerically. Did you like this research project? To get this research project Guidelines, Training and Code...
