Command and Control Requirements for Moving-Target Defense PROJECT TITLE :Command and Control Requirements for Moving-Target DefenseABSTRACT :The macrocognitive workplace is consistently changing, and a work system can never match its setting fully; there are invariably gaps in fitness as a result of the work is itself a moving target. This article looks at a site where the workplace is a moving target in three ways in which: cyberdefense. New technology and work ways are regularly being introduced, domain constraints are not constant; the work itself is changing in terms of its new goals and requirements, and something will be surprising. The article presents a potential sensemaking strategy and implications for the look of intelligent systems founded on human-machine interdependence, semantically rich policy governance, and having the goal of achieving resilience within the cognitive work.
