Moving forward with high expectations [President's Perspective] PROJECT TITLE :Moving forward with high expectations [President's Perspective]ABSTRACT:Dear I&M Society members and colleagues, Another year has passed, and that i share my last President's message with you. It's definitely been an honor and privilege to serve the I&M Society in the capability of the President for two years. I had the good fortune of working with many nice folks in our AdCom, the Society and at intervals the various IEEE entities. These experiences and friendships, for which I am most grateful, can last a lifetime. Staring in 2016, the I&M Society can be led by our new President, Professor Ruth Dyer, and an AdCom with several new faces. Knowing these colleagues offers me a way of happiness and excitement concerning our future. I wish to briefly share a number of what we tend to accomplished in 2015.
