A Novel Five-input Multiple-function QCA Threshold Gate - 2018 PROJECT TITLE :A Novel Five-input Multiple-function QCA Threshold Gate - 2018ABSTRACT:QCA (Quantum-dot Cellular Automata) could be a promising new technology with low power consumption and high speed that allows the design of nanoscale integrated circuits. The three-input/one-output majority gate is the basic building block in QCA circuits. This work presents a replacement style of a multi-output, 5-input majority gate. Our proposed gate is sort of useful as a result of its outputs will gift completely different configurations with several logical functions without delay, enabling the look of smaller circuits. Conjointly, the proposed gate could be a feasible answer for the recently proposed USE (Universal, Scalar and Efficient) clocking scheme. In order to demonstrate the pliability and space potency of our 5-input majority gates we implement two designs: a full adder and a RAM cell block. These designs are implemented employing a free and an everyday (USE) clock schemes. Our results show space reductions up to fifty% compared to state-of-the-art styles.
