In recent days, the edge detection techniques return to the image with a terribly vital utilization in medical trade to detect tumors and fractures in the human body[one],[two],[three]. Therefore In this project we firstly propose a new optimized edge detection technique that could be a higher edge detection technique thus way in our information in terms of improved mean sq. error(MSE) and image signal to noise ratio (PSNR) using terribly restricted resources employed in the SPARTAN 3A DSP 3400A development platform FPGA kit.
