QLDS: A Novel Design Scheme for Trajectory Privacy Protection with Utility Guarantee in Participatory Sensing - 2018 PROJECT TITLE :QLDS: A Novel Design Scheme for Trajectory Privacy Protection with Utility Guarantee in Participatory Sensing - 2018ABSTRACT:Participatory sensing, leveraging on the ubiquity of low cost sensors in mobile devices, permits varied promising applications of nice social benefit. However, its ubiquitous sampling and openness ends up in serious privacy issues. People's activity trajectories may reveal their personal info like home and work place and therefore needs proper protection. During this Project, we propose a novel style theme, referred to as query logics detached storage (QLDS), for trajectory privacy protection. The core idea of QLDS is to extract the question logics for personal trajectory retrieval and make actual trajectory tuples not clustered to any route-identity or user-identity at server finish, which introduces fine-granularity anonymity. The QLDS design scheme stores the extracted question logics at users own consumer devices and also the un-clustered location tuples at the backend server, guaranteeing trajectory reconstruction at client-end and privacy preservation at server-finish. Besides, integration of QLDS with alternative privacy protection approaches can any enhance the protection strength and bring versatile configurations to meet people' variable privacy issues. The theoretical analytics is provided for the privacy and utility analysis. The data retrieval performance of QLDS is experimentally evaluated in real-world.Net atmosphere.
