Pricing for Past Channel State Information in Multi-Channel Cognitive Radio Networks - 2018 PROJECT TITLE :Pricing for Past Channel State Information in Multi-Channel Cognitive Radio Networks - 2018ABSTRACT:Cognitive Radio (CR) networks have received significant attention as a promising approach to enhance the spectrum potency of current license-based mostly regulatory system. In CR networks, a Secondary User (SU) will use a spectrum vacancy which will be detected by either sensing-before-transmission or database access. However, it's usually difficult to detect a vacant spectrum opportunity as a result of of inaccuracies due to sensing and delays to update and/or the database that holds this information. During this Project, we develop a hybrid detection framework in multi-channel CR networks, where an SU can selectively sense a channel for spectrum vacancy by accessing the spectrum history of Markovian channels. We specialise in the worth of the channel history info offered by the primary Supplier (PP) of every channel, and consider a marketplace for the knowledge exchange between multiple PPs and SUs. We have a tendency to investigate the interplay between of the PPs and also the SUs through their pricing and buying selections for this data, in the presence of sensing inaccuracy, i.e., false alarm and miss detection.
