Smart buildings

ABSTRACT :

When you consider the information, it's obvious why energy-efficient or good buildings are very high on the present agenda: worldwide, buildings consume some forty two per cent of all electricity generated and by 2025 they will be the biggest emitters of greenhouse gases on the earth. 'Good building' may be a term that is terribly widespread among opinion-formers, however what exactly is it, and the way will or not it's utilized to scale back energy use?
