Experimental Evidence on Decision-Making in Availability Service Level Agreements

As more enterprises get information technology services, finding out their underpinning contracts becomes additional necessary. This paper presents an experimental economics investigation of decision-creating regarding availability SLAs, among enterprise IT professionals.
