PROJECT TITLE :

Analysis of electron capture process in charge pumping sequence using time domain measurements

ABSTRACT:

A method for analyzing the electron capture method within the charge pumping (CP) sequence is proposed and demonstrated. The method monitors the electron current in the CP sequence in time domain. This time-domain measurements enable us to directly access the method of the electron capture to the interface defects, that are obscured in the conventional CP technique. Using the time-domain measurements, the rise time dependence of the capture method is systematically investigated. We tend to formulate the capture process primarily based on the rate equation and derive an analytic type of the present thanks to the electron capture to the defects. Based mostly on the formula, the experimental data are analyzed and also the capture cross section is obtained. Moreover, the time-domain information unveil that the electron capture method completes before the electron channel opens, or below the brink voltage in an exceedingly low frequency vary of the pulse.
