Dynamic Spectrum Access Networks: Independent Coalition Formation PROJECT TITLE :Dynamic Spectrum Access Networks: Independent Coalition FormationABSTRACT:Cellular networks are typically owned and operated on a national and transnational basis. There is much planning needed to roll out, coordinate, and operate such networks. However, cognitive radio (CR) technologies and dynamic spectrum access (DSA) enabling spectrum regimes herald the way for smaller independent service providers. In this article, we provide a solution for geographically distributed independent service providers to form coalitions with each other to offer coverage over larger areas.
