Automated Identification of Infarcted Myocardium Tissue Characterization Using Ultrasound Images: A Review PROJECT TITLE :Automated Identification of Infarcted Myocardium Tissue Characterization Using Ultrasound Images: A ReviewABSTRACT:Myocardial infarction (MI) or acute myocardial infarction commonly referred to as heart attack is one in all the key causes of cardiac death worldwide. It occurs when the blood offer to the portion of the guts muscle is blocked or stopped inflicting death of heart muscle cells. Early detection of MI will facilitate to stop the infarct growth resulting in left ventricle (LV) transforming and additional damage to the cardiac muscles. Timely identification of MI and the extent of LV reworking are crucial to scale back the time taken for any tests, and save the value because of early treatment. Echocardiography images are widely used to assess the differential diagnosis of traditional and infarcted myocardium. The reading of ultrasound images is subjective because of interobserver variability and could result in inconclusive findings that may increase the anxiety for patients. Hence, a pc-aided diagnostic (CAD) technique that uses echocardiography pictures of the guts in addition to pattern recognition algorithms will accurately classify normal and infarcted myocardium images. During this review paper, we have discussed the numerous components that are used to develop a reliable CAD system. Did you like this research project?
