The Morphological Properties of Heterostructured Fe3O4/ZnO Film by Aqueous Solution Process PROJECT TITLE :The Morphological Properties of Heterostructured Fe3O4/ZnO Film by Aqueous Solution ProcessABSTRACT:Heterostructured Fe3O4/ZnO films were fabricated by an aqueous answer method named the spin-spray method at a low substrate temperature of ninety five °C. The surface morphology of the ZnO single layer changed from rod array to dense structure by adding citrate ions in the reaction solution. It indicated high optical transmittance on top of eighty five%, and exhibited a coffee electrical resistivity within the vary of once UV irradiation. In case of the Fe3O4 single layer, it had magnetite section and another impurity peak wasn't observed. Then, Fe3O4 layer was deposited successively on the ZnO layer, and also the as-fabricated Fe3O4/ZnO film had a preferential orientation along (nnn) plane, whereas different peaks identified for Fe3O4 were also detected. Scanning electron microscopy pictures of the as-fabricated Fe3O4/ZnO films indicated a cubic shape. Did you like this research project? To get this research project Guidelines, Training and Code...
