Transmit-Power Minimization for NOMA-Enabled Traffic Offloading With Security Provisioning - 2018 PROJECT TITLE :Transmit-Power Minimization for NOMA-Enabled Traffic Offloading With Security Provisioning - 2018ABSTRACT:Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) has been proposed as an effective technique to deal with the enormous mobile traffic in wireless Communication networks in an exceedingly spectrum-economical manner. Meanwhile, to further relieve the traffic pressure, 3GPP has proposed dual-connectivity (DC), through that every mobile user will simultaneously communicate with the macro cell and small cell. In this letter, we tend to investigate the transmit-power minimization problem for DC-primarily based traffic offloading in downlink NOMA systems while taking the security provisioning under consideration. The proposed power allocation problem is tough to unravel thanks to natural non-convexity. In spite of this, we tend to remodel it into an equivalent traffic scheduling drawback by exploiting the feature of DC. The remodeled traffic scheduling problem is proved to be a monotonic optimization problem which will be solved by the polyblock approximation methodology. Numerical results are provided to demonstrate the performance and advantages of our proposed traffic offloading theme with security thought. Did you like this research project?
