PROJECT TITLE :

A Dynamic Algorithm for Distributed Feedback Control for Manufacturing Production, Capacity, and Maintenance

ABSTRACT:

We have a tendency to propose a dynamic algorithm for distributed feedback management that unifies the functions of production and maintenance scheduling at the shop floor level, and machinery capacity management at the CNC level, which are usually thought-about in isolation in observe. Endless-time control theoretic approach is employed to model dynamics of those 3 functions in an exceedingly unified manner, considering stochastic machine failures and a corresponding maintenance interval. Theories of nonlinear management and discontinuous differential equations are used to analytically predict the system dynamics together with the resulting discontinuous dynamics.
