Projection of RFID-Obtained Product Information on a Retail Stores Indoor Panoramas

ABSTRACT:

RFID will be used to get data about objects gift in a very physical house, as well as their approximate location. Handheld RFID readers, smart shelves, zenithal antennas, and autonomous robots will acquire further data with varying time and space resolutions. The authors gift a system that comes this info on a panoramic read of a retail store, permitting users to virtually navigate the area and obtain quasi-real-time info regarding the merchandise as they really are in the store. For example, when a user clicks on clone of a shelf within the panorama, product data seems at or close to that position from the last RFID-primarily based inventory, that might be as recent as a few seconds ago.
