Editorial Kudos to Our Reviewers PROJECT TITLE :Editorial Kudos to Our ReviewersABSTRACT:The individuals that we rely on to review the manuscripts published within the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING guarantee that job of the highest quality results in each finished paper. Typically this needs more than one detailed reading of a manuscript that is separated by several weeks from the previous one. The reviewers are all recognized experts in their fields. Despite the strain to fulfill the duties of their employers, they set aside time to support the broad dissemination of the newest results on factory and producing integration, process management, yield enhancement and modeling, metrology, photolithography, factory modeling and control, and equipment technology—all of the areas that go into a trendy semiconductor manufacturing facility. I personally thank all of the contributions that our reviewers have made in 2015.
