Extended Group-Theoretical Approach to Metamaterials With Application to THz Graphene Fish-Scale Array PROJECT TITLE :Extended Group-Theoretical Approach to Metamaterials With Application to THz Graphene Fish-Scale ArrayABSTRACT:We tend to develop a group-theoretical technique for analysis of metamaterials that includes each longitudinal and transversal elements of currents in different components of molecules. As compared with the prevailing approach which takes into consideration solely longitudinal parts, our method allows one to obtain a lot of data concerning the properties of metamaterials. As an example of the method application, we tend to suggest and analyze an electromagnetic graphene array for terahertz region. Relying on the parameters of the structure, different types of the absorption resonances can exist in the structure that are mentioned from the purpose of view of symmetry.
