An Adaptive Anycasting Solution for Crowd Sensing in Vehicular Environments

ABSTRACT:

Vehicular networks will be seen as the new key enablers of the long run networked society. Vehicles traveling will act as mobile sensors and collect a selection of information that can be used to enable various new services like atmosphere monitoring, traffic management, urban surveillance, and therefore on. In this paper, we gift “adaptive Anycasting answer for Vehicular Environments” (AVE), that may be a message delivery protocol that mixes geographical and topological info to dynamically adapt its behavior to network conditions. We have a tendency to concentrate on vehicle-to-infrastructure connectivity for cloud services, where the vehicles send the sensed info as individual and independent messages to a cloud service within the Internet.
