Model of human knowledge extraction for a KBS using reasoning cases

ABSTRACT:

In this paper, results from a model capturing the knowledge from somebody's being are presented. The model is made to develop a Knowledge-Based System (KBS) in the first stage of study of the system's life cycle. The model arises from the issue at which a information engineer faces when helpful info from an knowledgeable is to be captured and stored. The model integrates parts from human thinking longing views of the reasoning cases and therefore the knowledge engineering. The model has been validated and implemented in Colombian little and medium companies (Pymes) in contexts which let to extract information from consultants in specific domains.
