PROJECT TITLE :

Corrections to “Ultralow-Voltage Solution-Processed Organic Transistors With Small Gate Dielectric Capacitance”

ABSTRACT:

Future applications for nano-machines, such as drug-delivery and health monitoring, can need sturdy Communications and nanonetworking capabilities. This is seemingly to be enabled via the employment of molecules, as opposed to electromagnetic waves, acting as the knowledge carrier. To reinforce the reliability of the transmitted knowledge, Euclidean geometry low density parity check (EG-LDPC) and cyclic Reed-Muller (C-RM) codes are thought of for use among a molecular Communication system for the primary time. These codes are compared against the Hamming code to show that an $boldsymbols=4$ LDPC (integer $boldsymbolsge 2$) incorporates a superior coding gain of seven.26 dBs. Furthermore, the critical distance and energy value for a coded system are taken under consideration as two different performance metrics. It's shown that when considering the case of nano–to nano-machines Communication, a Hamming code with $boldsymbolm=four$, (integer $boldsymbolmge two$) is best for a system operating between $ten^-6$ and $ten^-3$ bit error rate (BER) levels. Below these BERs, $boldsymbols=2$ LDPC codes are superior, exhibiting very cheap energy value. For Communication between nano–to macro-machines, and macro–to nano-machines, $boldsymbols=three$ LDPC and $boldsymbols=two$ LDPC are the simplest options respectively.
