PROJECT TITLE :

Binary To Gray Code Converter Implementation Using QCA - 2018

ABSTRACT:

Quantum dot Cellular Automata (QCA) may be a nanotechnology that offers an engaging answer to overcome the physical limits that CMOS devices faces throughout more downscaling of their dimensional sizes. In QCA, the electrons are basically restrained in quantum dots. The fundamental basic gates in QCA are the Majority Gate (MG) and therefore the Inverter. More downscaling of the scale of CMOS devices is a lot of and more challenging, as reduction in feature size of CMOS devices has reached to its feature size limit. Therefore we have a tendency to use QCA which provides powerful options like higher packaging density, reduced area, a lot of lower power dissipation and better switching speeds at nanometer scale. QCA styles new logic circuits which are translations of normal logic devices. Here in this paper we have a tendency to proposed QCA implementation of binary to gray code converter.
