Fuzzy Logic Control of Buck Converter for PhotoVoltaic Emulator - 2016 PROJECT TITLE : Fuzzy Logic Control of Buck Converter for PhotoVoltaic Emulator - 2016 ABSTRACT: This paper analyses the digital simulation of a buck converter to emulate the photovoltaic (PV) system with concentrate on fuzzy logic control of buck converter. A PV emulator is a DC-DC converter (buck converter in this case) having same electrical characteristics as that of a PV panel. The emulator helps in the $64000 analysis of PV system in an surroundings where using actual PV systems will produce inconsistent results thanks to variation in climate. The paper describes the applying of fuzzy algorithms to the management of dynamic processes. The complete system is modelled in MATLAB® Simulink SimPowerSystem software package. The results obtained from the simulation studies are presented and therefore the steady state and dynamic stability of the PV emulator system is discussed. Did you like this research project?
