Based on the analysis of grid computing characteristics, this paper brings up an enterprise grid architecture, analyses the functionality of consisted modules and focuses on session scheduling algorithm of workload management layer. Via analyzing the disadvantages of ancient priority-based FCFS scheduling strategy, this paper makes 2 ameliorations of the strategy- dynamic priority-based proportional pattern and reservation pattern, that can facilitate the increasing Qos demand of grid users.
