Reliable and Secure End-to-End Data Aggregation Using Secret Sharing in WSNs - 2017 PROJECT TITLE : Reliable and Secure End-to-End Data Aggregation Using Secret Sharing in WSNs - 2017 ABSTRACT: Knowledge aggregation in WSNs (Wireless Sensor Networks) can effectively scale back Communication overheads and also the energy consumption of sensor nodes. A WSN needs to be not only energy efficient, however conjointly secure. Numerous attacks could create information aggregation unsecure. We investigate the reliable and secure endto- finish information aggregation problem considering selective forwarding attacks and modification attacks in homogeneous cluster-based mostly WSNs, and propose 2 data aggregation approaches. Our approaches, namely, Sign-Share and Sham-Share, use secret sharing and signatures to allow aggregators to aggregate the info without understanding the contents of messages and the base station to verify the aggregated data and retrieve the raw information from the aggregated data. We have a tendency to have performed extensive simulations to match our approaches with the two state-of-theart approaches PIP and RCDA-HOMO. The simulation results show both Sign-Share and Sham-Share are faster in processing and aggregating data. Did you like this research project?
