ABSTRACT:

This paper presents a framework for TCP congestion control, known as “Bandwidth based mostly TCP”, which differs from most TCP algorithms by using the bandwidth estimation as the congestion live to regulate the window size increment. It tries to predict the equilibrium purpose of window size then build the congestion window approach this time during a round-trip-time. First of all, an summary of TCP and AQM is introduced. Then, the stability of the mechanisms is additionally investigated via linearization. Finally, through the simulations, the performance of the proposed scheme is shown to be higher than TCP-Vegas beneath homogeneous and heterogeneous environments.
