CDE: A Tool for Creating Portable Experimental Software Packages

ABSTRACT :

One technical barrier to reproducible computational science is that it's onerous to distribute scientific code in a very type that different researchers can simply execute on their own computers. To facilitate eliminate this barrier, the CDE tool packages all software dependencies needed to rerun Linux-based mostly computational experiments on other computers.
