PROJECT TITLE :

An Accurate Bandgap-Based Power-on-Detector in 14-nm CMOS Technology

ABSTRACT:

A completely unique power-on-detector (POD) circuit is reported in 14-nm technology. This POD features a sigma accuracy of 12 mV, as well as process, voltage, and temperature variations with an influence of 496 $mumboxW$ and an space of 0.02 mm2. The POD uses an open-loop offset-cancelled bandgap-based mostly circuit to realize this high accuracy. It's also capable of detecting 2 operating voltages simultaneously and can live the digital VCC power-up at offer levels below the diode voltage.
