Dynamic Compression of the Signal in a Charge Sensitive Amplifier: From Concept to Design PROJECT TITLE :Dynamic Compression of the Signal in a Charge Sensitive Amplifier: From Concept to DesignABSTRACT:This work is worried with the planning of a low-noise Charge Sensitive Amplifier that includes a dynamic signal compression based on the non-linear features of an inversion-mode MOS capacitor. These features create the device appropriate for applications where a non-linear characteristic of the front-finish is required, such as in imaging instrumentation for free electron laser experiments. The aim of the paper is to debate a technique for the correct style of the feedback network enabling the dynamic signal compression. Starting from this compression solution, the planning of a low-noise Charge Sensitive Amplifier is also mentioned. The study has been meted out by bearing on a sixty five nm CMOS technology.
