ABSTRACT:

The American workforce is aging and much knowledge is still stored within the workforce itself. Loss of key components of this workforce will leave companies with gaps in the knowledge they need to implement the systems they develop; in some cases, causing them to make errors or learn lessons that are part of the existing workforce's understanding of standard practices.
