Using non-cooperative game theory, the blockchain provides a framework for cognitive sensor networks.

PROJECT TITLE :

Blockchain framework for Cognitive Sensor Network using Non-Cooperative Game Theory

ABSTRACT:

The application of technology in Healthcare and the administration of hospitals has resulted in a shift in how medical procedures and drug management are viewed in the context of patient-centered care. The most adaptable technologies for designing intelligent healthcare systems are ones that are currently in development, such as blockchain, the Internet of Things, and Cognitive Computing. However, because of the wide variety of tasks that are involved, an approach to design that has a more comprehensive understanding and incorporates multiple factors that represent each sector of healthcare is what is required at this point in time. The modeling of multi-player problems that are characterized by strategic interdependence has become a prominent application of game theory. The purpose of this paper is to propose a non-cooperative game strategy between players (stakeholders) in order to investigate how rationality is displayed among players who are trying to get benefitted from the actions of other players in a seamless manner. In order to determine whether or not the proposed model is technically feasible, a prototype was developed that was based on Ethereum's permissioned blockchain and made use of Raspberry pi IoT devices and sensor-based cognition. The implementation of blockchain technology improves the system's trustworthiness, security, and transparency. The findings of the simulation indicate that the proposed model yields superior results in terms of latency (less than fifteen minutes), throughput, and scalability with an increase in the number of transactions. The comparative analysis elucidates the fact that the proposed method outperforms the existing healthcare systems with a significant improvement of 10-15% in terms of resource utilization and provides faster and more accurate patient-centric services. This is demonstrated by the fact that the proposed method outperforms the existing healthcare systems.
