ABSTRACT:
The author reflects on his career within the computing world, specifically his work in early time-sharing system development, and the virtually accidental steps that place him in bit with some of the technical giants of the trade in Berkeley and then led to his years at Norsk Information in Norway. He explains how his contribution to ND regarding operating system technology contributed considerably to the corporate's astonishing growth.
